panacea.chat is operated by AVROXENA ENTERPRISES LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus ("Panacea", "we"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@panacea.chat.

Quote requests. When you request a quote, you send us — by email — your name, work email, company, country, the products you are interested in and any message you add. We process this data to prepare and follow up on your quote and, where relevant, to scope custom development. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in developing our service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Correspondence. If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata in server logs, for security and to deliver the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

This website sets no advertising or analytics trackers and builds no visitor profiles. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Your data is handled by the service providers we need to run the site and our mailbox (hosting and email infrastructure), bound by data-processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Quote-request data is kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless you become a customer (in which case it moves into your customer record) or ask us to delete it earlier.

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@panacea.chat — we answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or with your local supervisory authority.
