The Panacea platform is in pre-launch. This website presents the product and takes quote requests; it does not yet grant access to the service. Requesting a quote creates no payment obligation for you and no delivery obligation for us beyond answering your request.

Prices, rates and bonuses shown on this site are the intended launch pricing. They are indicative until confirmed in your written quote or at launch; a written quote we issue prevails over the rates shown on this site.

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent your identity in requests, or use our content to build a competing offering. The demo conversations shown are scripted illustrations, not statements about any real business.

The Panacea name, wordmark, site design and content belong to AVROXENA ENTERPRISES LTD. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires our written consent.

This site is provided "as is" for information about a pre-launch product. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of pre-launch information, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

When the Panacea service launches, its agents will always disclose to end users that they are interacting with an AI system, in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act). We build this disclosure into the product and do not allow it to be switched off.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
